Through the years artists hold on to paintings for various reasons– sometimes because the painting marks a particular time in their career, others just because they like the piece. At times the artist might need to make room for new pieces to inspire, and that is when we get to sneak a glimpse into what inspires the artist. We have received three pieces from Mary’s studio collection that have served her well. We are thrilled to have them.
